In-person class at our storefront. Over the course of 2 hours we will go over an abridged overview of the chocolate making process, learn how to temper chocolate by hand and make chocolate flowers as our fun finale that you get to take home and enjoy! If you’ve taken this class before, Eric has new fun techniques to try with chocolate as well.

One free glass of wine, beer, or hot chocolate is included while enjoying the class.
